Guess who's back, back again. Jess is back. Tell a friend... who's building her baby registry – because I'm back with another fun round of must-have baby products! If you missed out the first time, don't fret. You can find The Best Baby Products for Your Registry: Part I here. So! Let's just dive right into the next five best baby products that I swear by after having a 5-month-old son. Shop All 10 of Our Baby Registry Must-Haves HERE! 6. Bottle Warmer Now I don't have a particular brand that I 100% swear by, because I've only used Dr. Brown's Natural Flow MilkSPA Bottle Warmer. And even with that, we received it as a gift – we don't even use Dr. Brown's bottles. But the warmer works great with Avent bottles, the instructions are pretty clear once you get the hang of it, and I always trust that the temperature is on-point every time. So if you'd like to do your research to find the best option, go for it. I just know this has worked great for us these past 5 months, so much so that I bought one for my mom for when Boston is at her house. Tip: Amazon always seems to have the lowest prices for Dr. Brown's bottle warmer. Also, be sure to use distilled water for bottle warmers. Tap, bottled, and filtered water may contain deposits that can build up around the heating element and result in a shorter product life. Also, if you are low on water, the bottle warmer won't heat up to par – but that should be a given. 7. Bath Support Angelcare Baby Bath Support. I have nothing but good things to say about this. Your baby needs a bath. This product gives you all the support needed to give them one – in a way that's easy and comfortable. It works in the sink, the tub, and Boston has been using it since he was a newborn. It's not clunky or heavy, it dries fast (includes a hook to hang dry), and I feel confident that Boston is safe in it until he's ready to sit up in the bath on his own. 8. Baby Monitor Infant Optics DXR-PRO Baby Monitor. This was a tough one for me. There are some fancy-shmancy monitors out there with a high price tag. When it came time to build my baby registry, I tried to go for budget-friendly and chose one that was app-based and ran for about $30. I'm not even going to link it to entertain you with what I picked out. Is it a good camera for some cheap at-home security? Maybe. Do I feel like it would give me peace of mind while I drooled all over my pillow dead asleep with my baby in the next room? Absolutely not. The Infant Optics monitor checks all the boxes. It's not app-based, so you don't need your phone, which is super nice for a quick hand-off to your significant other while you go soak your sorrows away in the bath. It doesn't even require wifi. Is the sticker price a little high? Honestly, for what we are getting out of it, I think it's priced just right. 9. Activity Center Skip Hop Explore & More 3-Stage Activity Center. Now I know there are so many products just like this out there, and I am sure they work just as well as the Skip Hop. My mom has the Skip Hop Jumper version of this too, and Boston loves it just the same, or maybe he loves it more... I'll have to ask him. All I'm saying is, whatever you choose, invest in a standing activity center, and GET YOUR LIFE BACK (for 20 minutes or so). Once they hit 4 months, this thing is a game-changer. They can at least sit in it and veg out to Cocomelon while you attempt to cook something or scroll aimlessly on your phone (nooo I don't do that, I would never ever ever sit my kid in front of the TV at 4 months old. I'm just giving you an example! ...oops lol). At 5 months, Boston is finally starting to enjoy playing with the toys that are included too, with a little Cocomelon on the side, of course. 10. Diet Pepsi Alright, you caught me. Not a baby product, but I've been drinking this a lot lately as a lil' treat throughout the day. Maybe you don't like Diet Pepsi, but whatever your "treat" is, stock up on it weekly and live a little sister. We all deserve a Diet Pepsi every now and then. Well, there you have it. A few more of the best baby products for your registry. But like I said before, do what works for you, mama! We're not just here to give advice, we're here to learn from you, too! You can even share your best baby product suggestions with us here. Cheers! (This is me raising my Diet Pepsi) xo, Jess Shop All 10 of Our Baby Registry Must-Haves HERE! Comments are closed.
